Welcome to Footloose Dance UK (FDUK)! By enrolling your child in our classes or engaging with our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all classes, workshops, and events run by Footloose Dance UK.

1.2 By booking a class or event, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Class Fees and Payments

2.1 All class fees are payable monthly in advance via direct debit or standing order.

2.2 Missed classes are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by FDUK, and an alternative class cannot be provided.

2.3 If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to suspend participation in classes.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 FDUK operates a no-refund policy for missed classes.

3.2 If you wish to cancel your child's enrolment, please provide one month’s written notice.

3.3 Should FDUK need to cancel a class, we will provide a makeup/alternative class or refund at our discretion.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect a student’s participation.

4.2 FDUK instructors are first aid trained and will act in accordance with safety procedures in the event of an incident.

4.3 Students must wear the appropriate uniform and footwear for all classes to ensure safety.

5. Behaviour Policy

5.1 We aim to create a positive and inclusive environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

5.2 FDUK reserves the right to remove any student from a class if their behaviour disrupts others or poses a safety risk.

6. Uniform and Appearance

6.1 Students must adhere to the FDUK uniform policy, which will be provided at the time of enrolment.

7. Photography and Media

7.1 FDUK may take photos or videos during classes, events, and performances for marketing purposes.

7.2 By enrolling, you consent to your child being included in such media unless you notify us in writing.

7.3 We will not tag or name individual children without explicit permission.

8. Competitions and Performances

8.1 Participation in competitions and performances is optional and may incur additional costs, which are always communicated ahead of signing up.

8.2 Students must attend all required rehearsals to participate in these events.

9. Liability

9.1 FDUK is not liable for personal injury sustained during classes, except where negligence is proven.

9.2 FDUK is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought to classes.

10. Data Protection

10.2 Personal data will only be used for purposes relating to your enrolment and communication with FDUK.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 FDUK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

11.2 Any changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website.
